1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
     

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
     

Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
     

  • Processing time: up to 5–10 business days
     

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
     

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Personal care products
     

  • Items that come into direct contact with skin
     

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or damaged.

 

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • or different from what you ordered
     

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
     

  • clear photos of the issue
     

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in line with UK consumer rights.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
     

  2. Place a new order separately
     

This ensures faster processing and availability.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
     

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
     

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or card provider first
     

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
